Excellent post-project support from Ricki at Elite Renewables today. Saved me from needing to pay for a technician’s visit. And this is over a year after they installed our Air Source Heat Pump, which shows that Elite Renewables is committed to ongoing customer care. Ricki talked me through how to restart my ASHP over the phone, after an electrical fault elsewhere in the home resulted in temporary power loss. Thank you Elite Renewables!

Elite installed an Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels, Solar Diverter and a cooling system driven from the Air Source Heat Pump. Every member of Elite we worked with was fantastic. They all worked hard to ensure the system was installed and working as expected, dealing with the problems of COVID and various supply issues along the way. The solution they've installed met, and even exceeded, all of the requirements we had at the start. Thoroughly recommended.
